Minor Service Checklist (Routine Maintenance)

• Engine Oil & Filter: Drains old engine oil and replaces the oil filter.
• Fluid Top-Ups: Checks and tops up essential fluids like coolant, brake fluid, windshield washer, and power steering fluid.
• Visual Safety Checks: Inspects brake pads, discs, lights, horn, windshield wipers, and exhaust.
• Tires & Wheels: Checks tire pressure, tread depth, and general tire wear.
• Battery & Electrical: Tests battery health and basic electrical operations.


Major Service Checklist (Comprehensive Overhaul)

• Everything in Minor Service: Includes all routine fluid changes, filter checks, and safety inspections.
• Filter Replacements: Replaces the air filter, cabin/pollen filter, and fuel filter.
• Ignition & Engine Components: Replaces spark plugs (for petrol cars) and checks or adjusts tappet clearances.
• Fluid Flushes & Replacements: Changes brake fluid, transmission/gearbox oil, differential oil, and flushes engine coolant.
• Belts & Hoses: Inspects or replaces timing belts, serpentine/accessory belts, and cooling hoses.
• Suspension, Steering & Brakes: Deeply inspects wheel bearings, CV joints, shock absorbers, brake lines, handbrake adjustments, and chassis/hinge lubrication.
• Road Test: Performs a complete diagnostic scan and a full road test to check for unusual noises, alignment, and performance.
